Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. Guests who booked less than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. After that, no refund will be issued. If you are unsure whether you will be able to travel, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
The following are not permitted:
- Pets
- Smoking inside the building
- Wearing outdoor shoes inside the building
- Unregistered additional guests
- Unregistered parties. A civilized get-together, reunion, or similar gathering is generally permitted. Parties involving excessive drinking that result in unruly behavior are prohibited.
Additional terms:
- Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. must be observed.
- In the event of violations of quiet hours or generally accepted rules of social conduct, the landlord may terminate the contract without notice and without refund, and may charge an additional penalty fee of €50. If the smoking ban is violated, a penalty fee of €250 will be due; in addition, a further €150 will be charged for air and apartment cleaning. If the apartment is left in a condition that renders it unsuitable for rental, the loss of income as well as the cost of repairing any damage will be charged based on the actual work involved.
- For safety reasons, the use of electrical devices that are not provided by the apartment is prohibited, with the exception of computers, chargers, and similar devices. Fireworks and the unsupervised use of candles are also prohibited.
- The guest is required to notify the landlord immediately of any defects that arise during the stay.
The guest is fully financially responsible for the condition of the apartment, as well as for any damage to or destruction of the apartment, furnishings, or equipment. - On the day of departure, the guest is required to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was on the day of arrival. An extension of the stay is possible, but only with prior approval.
- If wear and tear or dirt in the apartment exceeds normal use, the guest may be charged an additional fee of €50.
- In the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances whose effects cannot be immediately remedied by conventional means, the landlord reserves the right to offer the guest alternative accommodations.
