Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. Guests who booked less than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. After that, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsure whether you will be able to travel, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
The following are not permitted:
- Animals
- Smoking inside the building
- Wearing outdoor shoes inside the accommodation
- unannounced, additional guests
- Unannounced parties (Civility, reunions, and similar gatherings are generally permitted. However, wild drinking binges that lead to unruly behavior are prohibited.)
Additional terms and conditions:
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- In the event of disturbances of the peace at night or violations of generally accepted rules of social conduct, the landlord may terminate the lease without notice or refund and charge an additional penalty fee of €50. If the smoking ban is violated, a penalty fee of €250 will be charged, and an additional €150 will be charged for air and apartment cleaning. If the apartment is in a condition that makes it unrentable, the loss of income and the cost of repairing the damage will be billed according to the actual expenses incurred.
- For safety reasons, the use of electrical devices not provided by the facility is prohibited (exception: computers, chargers, and similar items). The use of fireworks or the unsupervised use of candles is also prohibited.
- The tenant is required to notify the landlord immediately of any defects that arise during the stay.
- The tenant bears full financial responsibility for the condition of the apartment, as well as for any damage or destruction to the apartment, its furnishings, or its fixtures.
- The tenant is required to leave the apartment on the day of departure in the same condition as it was on the day of arrival. An extension of the stay is possible, but only with prior approval.
- If wear and tear or dirt in the apartment exceed what is considered normal use, the tenant may be charged an additional fee of €50.
- In the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances whose effects cannot be immediately remedied by conventional means, the landlord reserves the right to offer the tenant alternative accommodations.
