The apartment is located on the ground floor on the left side of the neighboring building at Am Markt 11 and is accessible via the main entrance and a few steps. The courtyard of the Forsthaus Nicolai is connected to the separate courtyard of the neighboring building at Am Markt 11 via a door.

House at 11 Am Markt – Annex to the Forest Ranger's House

The building is a solid, multi-story residential building dating from the Wilhelminian era. It is being gradually renovated, and the individual units are being converted and refurbished into cozy apartments. The small courtyard is a cozy and peaceful idyll, especially during the growing season. During the renovation phase, construction materials may be stored in a corner of the courtyard, which may cause some inconvenience. Construction noise can be largely avoided, as the building is not rented out during noisy construction work.
