Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. Guests who booked less than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. After that, no refund will be issued. If you are unsure whether you will be able to travel, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The following are not permitted:

• Pets
• Smoking inside the building
• Wearing outdoor shoes inside the building
• Unregistered additional guests
• Unregistered parties. A civilized get-together, reunion, or similar gathering is generally permitted. Excessive drinking parties that result in uncontrolled behavior are excluded.

Additional terms:

• Quiet hours from 21:00 – 8:00 must be observed.
• In the event of violations of quiet hours or generally accepted rules of social conduct, the landlord may terminate the contract without notice and without refund, and may charge an additional penalty fee of 50€. If the smoking ban is violated, a penalty fee of 250€ will be due; in addition, a further 150€ will be charged for air and apartment cleaning. If the apartment is left in a condition that makes it unsuitable for rental, the loss of income as well as the repair of any damage will be charged according to the actual effort involved.
• For safety reasons, the use of electrical devices that are not part of the apartment’s equipment is prohibited, with the exception of computers, chargers, and similar devices. Pyrotechnics and the unsupervised use of candles are also prohibited.
• The guest is obliged to inform the landlord immediately of any defects that occur during the stay.
  The guest bears full financial responsibility for the condition of the apartment, as well as for any damage to or destruction of the apartment, furnishings, or equipment.
• On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to return the apartment to the condition it was in on the day of arrival. An extension of the stay is possible, but only with prior approval.
• If wear and tear or dirt in the apartment exceeds normal use, the guest may be charged an additional fee of 50 €.
• In the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances whose effects cannot be remedied immediately by conventional means, the landlord reserves the right to offer the guest alternative accommodation.
